  Role
  Identify and research potential customers.
  Present service portfolio to target customers in CIS
  Monitor service performance and maintain customer relationships

  Requirements
  Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
  Working knowledge of Russian business culture and methods
  Hands-on experience of a major International business sector
  Self-starter, presentable and confident in front of senior client staff
  Good listener who possesses effective presentation skills

• Systems Consultants (Accounting)
  Role
  Review financial/management accounting systems.
  Recommend and implement process and system improvements
  Present to and train customers in new processes

  Requirements
  Knowledge of financial accounting under Russian and IAS standards.
  Working knowledge of Russian business culture and methods
  Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
  Accounting Qualification
  Presentable and confident in front of senior client staff
  Experience in management and financial accounting.
  Extensive travel required – base location TBA
